On the territory of the Pre-Ural reserve, using precision methods, a rock sequence 7 m thick was studied, which differs sharply from the classical scheme of the Kungurian stage. The authors identify the sequence with the Divyinsky formation of the Cis-Ural trough, which is a facies analogue of the platform formations of the Sarginsky and Saraninsky horizons. The anomalous strata is exposed only in two sections - Kamaisky Log and Mezhevoy Log and is distinguished by lithological, paleontological and geochemical features. The studied rocks are characterized by a micro-grained structure, the presence of pelitic particles and organic matter, which indicates their formation in sea shelf conditions below the base of storm waves, at depths of 70–100 m. The abundance of terrigenous and clayey material, plant detritus is of turbidite nature and shows the connection of the basin with the Sylven depressionDownloads
