The actuality of the topic is connected with the necessity of making a model of personnel management which fits Russian mentality. In the process of social transition a new type of an employee appears, bolt stile characteristics of his behowiour are contradictory and dual: correlation of diligence and laciness, dogmatism and innovating, devotion and godlessness. Collectivism and individualism require for new kind of management — flexible, dialectical, adjusted and adapted.References
