FEATURES OF E. BARINOVA’S DIRECTOR’S SCRIPT “PETER PAN”

The article analyzes the director’s script by E. Barinova for the film “Peter Pan” (1986), which is a creative rethinking of J.M. Barry’s work “Peter Pan”. The article examines the relationship between the script and the works of J.M. Barry, elements of dialogue with pretext are explored. Timed to coincide with the New Year celebration, the text of the script is a musical New Year’s fairy tale, and therefore special attention in the article is paid to the analysis of the song lyrics included in the script. The work reflects the characteristic features of the Soviet era and the traditions of Russian-speaking countries.Downloads
