Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of determining the linguistic parameters of bureaucratic runaround. One of these parameters is the thematic inadequacy of the authorities' letter of reply to the citizen's letter of appeal. To illustrate the runaround and the correct sample letter of reply, examples of thematic chains of these texts are given.
