NOSTALGIC TOURISM: MOTIVES AND FEATURES OF THE TOUR ORGANIZATION

Nostalgic tourism is a special and rarely demanded type of tourism. Its allocation is due to the specific motivation of tourists, the special geography of the places visited and the individualization of travel. In this type of tourism, the personal contact of a tourist and a specialist in the destination plays an important role, especially if the tourist is a foreigner. The Perm region is not a tourist mecca, but it regularly meets foreign guests whose tourist interest are natural attractions and activities within them. Also, a unique cultural and historical object — the Museum-Reserve of the History of Political Repression “Perm36” attracts many of guests. The history of “involuntary unfreedom” associated with political decisions and large communist construction projects of the Soviet state is a potential opportunity to attract tourists who are eager to remember the past, to understand themselves through the history of their ancestors. And if for domestic tourists such a trip is rather an exception, then for a western tourist it is a common motive for travel. The uniqueness and complexity of organizing a nostalgic tour and its importance for tourists are shown on the example of requests from tourists from the UK and New Zealand. Both tours are connected with the history of the repressed Poles, who were exiled to the territory of the north of Perm region by their whole families. Information about it is not easy to find in printed sources, it has erased from the memory of residents, and disappeared along with the settlements. That is why nostalgic tourism involves research activities for the development of the tour. It has a significant social burden, it is important in implementation not only for the tourists themselves, but also for the host country from the standpoint of preserving the history of places, the memory of people and the transfer of information to the younger generation.

FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF HALAL TOURISM IN THE WORLD

The growth and popularity of gastronomic tourism determine the growing global interest in it from tourists of different nationalities and faiths. The increase in the Muslim population leads to an increase in the share of tour-ists from these countries. The religion of Islam is widespread in many countries, and Islam is the state ideology. Its religious traditions also have a direct impact on the food culture of believers. The article considers the fea-tures of the intangible cultural heritage of Islamic cuisine, which is the basis for the development of halal tour-ism. Halal tourism is one of the directions of gastronomic tourism, implying accommodation and service in ac-cordance with the rules of Islam, the authors adhere to this definition. Thereby satisfying Muslim travelers with their religious requirements. The authors characterize the peculiarities of the development of halal tourism in the world, thereby noting that its geography is characteristic today not only in Muslim countries, but also in coun-tries of Europe and Asia with a non-Muslim majority, but taking into account its nascent state.

FORMATION OF A PILGRIMAGE AND TOURIST CLUSTER «SARANSK-TEMNIKOV-SANAKSAR»

Tourism clusters currently play a very significant role in the development of tourism. They use the advantages of cooperation in the field of tourism of enterprises and organizations that are part of the cluster. The use of the cluster approach makes it possible to combine the work of regional and municipal authorities, business, public and other organizations to create a competitive tourist product based on maximizing the tourist potential of the territory, attracting investment and increasing tourist attractiveness. The interaction and synergy resulting from their joint actions create competitive advantages over the isolated actions of individual companies. All this explains the wide interest in the formation of tourist clusters. The purpose of the article is to consider the features of the formation of the pilgrimage and tourist cluster “Saransk - Temnikov - Sanaksar”, the subject of the study is the pilgrimage and tourist cluster, its
route organization, the main participants. The cluster is being created for the purpose of socio-economic development of the Temnikovsky municipal district, which is in a depressed state, by increasing the tourist flow due to increasing the efficiency of the enterprises and organizations included in the tourist cluster. Its geographical feature is an advantageous geographical location in an ecologically clean part of the Republic of Mordovia. The characteristics of the social significance of cluster design in terms of restoration and preservation of historical, cultural and natural heritage, spiritual, moral, patriotic education and environmental education of the population are given.

EXPERIENCES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON CATERING ESTABLISHMENTS ATTENDANCE (A CASE STUDY OF PERM KRAI YOUTHS’ EXPERIENCES)

Based on the materials of an online survey on the Goоgle platform with mailing through the social network VKontakte in February 2021, conducted as part of the student research work of the Department of Tourism of Perm State National Research University, an attempt was made to find out the impressions of Perm youth from visiting catering establishments and their influence on the desire to visit again. The purpose of the survey was to confirm or deny certain theoretical principles of the economy of impressions. The results of the survey made it possible to establish that the concept of impression coincides with the scientific one and is presented as an image, a trace left in the mind by something or someone. The main purpose of visiting mass catering establishments is nutritional need combined with a pleasant pastime, and the main criteria for choosing an establishment is a small average bill, a menu, a close territorial location, reputation and personal impressions.

International tourism is an indicator and, moreover, a tool for improving the quality of life, it reflects the standard ofl iving of the country’s population and participates in the processes of personal development. Visiting foreign countries has a significant impact on young people, who are a strategic resource for the development of society. Traveling expanding horizons and increasing the overall level of education of youth. Traveling outside the country has a significant impact on the physical and mental health of people. The world’s tourism resources are diverse and allow tourists to fully meet their health needs, which leads to a significant therapeutic effect. Abroad tourism is making conceptual and significant changes at the personal, public and state levels. This allows us to conclude about the important social significance of international tourism.

Gastronomic tourism is gaining more and more popularity in Russia, although it is a relatively new type of tourism for our country. Today, one can state the uneven development of gastronomic tourism in the territory of the Russian Federation. Krasnodar region, Republic of Crimea, Stavropol region, Rostov region are the main regions for the production of wine and, as a result, the main centers of gastronomic and wine tourism in the country. An analysis of the activities of some of the most successful enterprises that provide enotourism services on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory is given. Today we can say that gastronomic and wine and gastronomic trips are gradually turning from weekend tours and additional excursion and recreational services into longer independent targeted trips.

ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN THE SYSTEM OF CHILDREN’S AND YOUTH TOURISM OF THE PERM REGION

The analysis of the state of additional education of children in the system of children’s and youth tourism
of the Perm region is carried out. It is established that at present it is an integral part of the educational process and is aimed at forming motivation for knowledge and creativity, promoting individual and professional self-determination of students, patriotic education and civic self-identification, as well as preconscription training. At the present stage, a new vector of development has been chosen in the system
of additional education — the integration of additional education into the educational process. In the system of additional education, there is a situation of uneven distribution of students according to the directions, the priority is artistic and aesthetic and physical culture and sports orientation. In state programs,
much attention is paid to the development of scientific and technical education of children. The tou rist
and local history orientation in the system of additional education is poorly developed. And although many
schoolchildren have been on a hike or on an excursion trip at least once, only a small percentage of them
are systematically engaged in additional education institutions in the tourist and local history orientation. This has a negative impact on the development of children’s tourism in the Perm Region. The program
of additional education in tourism and local lore for cadets and employees of the Federal State Educational
Institution «Perm Presidential Cadet School named after Hero of Russia F. Kuzmin of the troops of the
National Guard of the Russian Federation» has been developed. Its practical testing was carried out, which
showed high efficiency for the selected target group of students.

DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOURIST INDUSTRY IN THE GOMEL REGION IN THE CONTEXT OF PERSONNEL TRAINING AT THE MODERN STAGE

The article considers the tourism potential of Gomel region. The National Strategy for Tourism Development in the Republic of Belarus until 2035 and the State Program «Hospitable Belarus» for 2021-2025 are indicated as fundamental official documents for the development of the tourism industry at the present stage in the Republic of Belarus. The infrastructure for the development of the tourism industry in the region is noted, which is represented by hotel service facilities, including hotels, hotel complexes, tourist and hotel complexes, sanatorium and resort and health organizations, public catering facilities, roadside service and specially protected natural areas. Particular attention is paid to the development of the agro-ecotourism sector, represented by farmsteads, hunter’s and fisherman’s houses, hunting tours, ecological and tourist routes. Industrial tourism is actively developing in the region. The author notes the industrial enterprises of the region that conduct excursions. The activities for the preservation of cultural and historical monuments, the restoration and effective use of objects of historical and cultural heritage are outlined. The emphasis is made on the development of routes of patriotic orientation, examples of historical memorial complexes are given.
Special attention is paid by the author to the training of qualified specialists for work in the tourism industry on the example of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University. Examples of educational and ideological activities for the professional training of students of the specialty «Linguistic support of intercultural communications (International tourism)» are given. The activity of the university on participation in the organization of certification exams for the qualifications of guides and guides-translators in Gomel region, together with the state institution “National Agency of Tourism”, was noted. Аs an example of a republican professionally oriented event organized by the National Agency of Tourism a seminar aimed at the development of industrial and cultural tourism in Gomel region is given. The seminar was attended by the teachers and students of the University as well.

INDUSTRIAL TOURISM IN PERM REGION

Industrial tourism as a phenomenon has existed since the end of the 20th century, but as a subject of separate research in Russian recreational geography is only becoming. During the last century, despite the rapid industrial development, it was not considered as a priority and mass in the USSR and Russia. In the modern world, industrial tourism has escaped from the niche type and every year the number of visitors is increasing, both due to the popularity and the connection of new industrial facilities. In Russia, the non-profit
organization «Association of Strategic Initiatives» is actively involved in the promotion of industrial tourism, which presented «Methodological Recommendations for the Organization of Industrial Tourism in the Regions of the Russian Federation» and already cooperates with more than 350 enterprises. The Russian
Federation and, in particular, the Perm region have a rich potential for the development of this type of tourism. In particular, on the territory of the Perm region, the Gornozovodskaya Civilization seems to be promising, which is one of the first centers of industrial development of the Ural Mountains. The paper provides
a comparative analysis of several industrial and tourist facilities, from which it can be seen that today many industrial facilities are very popular. Also, the article discusses scientific approaches to industrial tourism, its potential in the Perm region and possible prospects for development.

THE FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION TOURIST AND RECREATIONAL SPACE OF THE ZUEVSKY MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF KIROV REGION

The article presents the features of the tourist and recreational space of the Zuevsky municipal district of the Kirov region using the method of analyzing the information base of the Internet, which made it possible to identify the
tourist and recreational potential. In addition, the article provides an example of a tourist frame of the investigated area, which displays the main objects of tourist display, points of public catering establishments, collective accommodation facilities, as well as a tour implemented and promoted by «Vezdekhod» tour operator as part of the tourist route in the village of Ryabovo. The Zuevsky municipal district is known for the historical-memorial and landscape museum-reserve of artists V.M. and A.M.Vasnetsov «Ryabovo», thanks to which various events is organized dedicated to artists and artistic craft («All-Russian Vasnetsov plein-air»), as well as successful grants and projects are being implemented («Babushkin’s Patch», «Vasnetsov August»). In addition to the analysis of tourism potential, a SWOT-analysis of the development of tourism potential was carried out. The SWOT-analysis helped to identify the problematic aspects of the tourism sector in the Zuevsky municipal district of the Kirov region. An analysis of
tourism and culture development programs in the Zuevsky municipal district also showed how unstable the development of tourism in the Zuevsky municipal district is, therefore, as part of the further improvement of the tourism sector, approximate areas of work were presented, covering both events, assistance in the work of business, and the implementation of new projects. According to the results of the conducted research, the main problems and recommendations that will improve the tourism industry in the area were identified. This is due to a more responsible approach to the implementation of tourism and culture development programs in the district, the improvement of the tourist infrastructure of the district, the use of resources in the cultural and educational form of tourism.

The article reveals the role of agricultural tourism in rural territorial development, on the example of the Republic of Tajikistan. Also, possible models of rural tourism are considered, and concept for its development proposed. The authors mean under agritourism, not only recreation in the countryside in combination with rural activities, but also various activities — sports, health-improving, cultural and entertainment, etc. Moreover, events also counted that, in general, have a placement predisposition to rural areas and are aimed at creating favorable production and social conditions, employment of the local population and improving the standard of living. Rodoman, a new formation of the culturall andscape — «Russian Savanna». The National Park and Preserve is a special focus of the culturall andscape. The park is a prime example of ecological conversion, (an attempt to) transform the ineradicable «disadvantages» of the Inner Periphery into advantages. THE «CENTER - FACTORY — PERIPHERY» AS THE MAIN TOURIST ZONES WITHIN CITIES

Up-to-date tourism is increased by the industry of impressions. It requires dense and various tourist space. There are the saturation of the tourist space and the high density of various attractive objects within a city. It develops the methodology approaches to the study of the internal structure of a city. The article proposes to consider the space of a city by means of the three-term model. The author states that the Soviet industrial building led to the formation of industrial zones. They separated the historical center from the country. Thus three zones were formed. Each of them has own archetype (the chronotopos). It supposes that the urban environment archetype is a developed integral view of architectural images, specific social activities and cultural context of city zones. Each of these zones develops own tourism destinations. The author notes necessity to develop tourist routes of each zones in order to avoid redundant objects, unsuitable archetypes of the urban environment. It requires to take into account the landscape features of the city and to use the genetic approach to analyse fully formed zones. The same archetypes of urban space are significant of post-Soviet cities in many ways. Namely, there are the histori cal center formed before the 20-th century, the Soviet industrial zone and the city country. It is devoted to describe the zones. The author devotes special consideration to the possibilities of tourism development in the industrial zone.

SOUND IMAGES OF THE KAMA REGION IN LITERARY JOURNEYS OF THE XIX CENTURY: SEMANTICS AND PRAGMATICS

The article analyzes the sound images of space in literary travels of the XIX - early XX centuries on the river
Kama and its tributaries: Vishera, Kosva, Chusovaya. There is given a characteristic of the sound environ-
ment, which forms the sound landscape - one of the cultural landscape components. Sound images of space
are considered as a component of a geographical image, which in the perspective of cultural geography
is interpreted as a system of interrelated and interacting signs, symbols, archetypes and stereotypes that
clearly characterize any territory, place, country. Methods for identifying geographical images of a territo-
ry are in demand in literary and geographical maps designing, tourist products development, tourist terri-
tories marketing. To characterize geographical images in the travel genre, author uses spatial text analysis
and research topographic text components, sensitive impressions, and sound images. Spatial text analysis
method is promising not only for elaboration interdisciplinary approaches in cultural geography, but also
for practical purposes in tourism development. Cruise tourism along the Kama River belongs to the priority
types of tourism in the Perm Territory. The region is faced with the task of creating a tourist product that
meets the criteria of the national tourist route. Research of the “steamship travel” geographical images is
important for development marketing concept of the Kama cruises.

STREETS OF THE CITY OF KRASNOSLOBODSK: HISTORICAL AND MODERN NAME

Any city has its own attractions — historical, natural and cultural, which together enrich the appearance of the region with a variety of colors and shades of landscapes, historical traditions and national
characteristics, outstanding creations of architectural thought. The small historical city, which includes
the city of Krasnoslobodsk of the Republic of Mordovia, is a special type of community in which the
domestic historical and cultural potential has been largely preserved, capable of being actualized in
modern times. The socio-historical information that has been settling for many years in the environment of a small town (traditions, customs, myths, folklore, etc.) is preserved and may be in demand by
the next generations. In this regard, it is important to know not only the names of the streets of cities given at their foundation and development, but also their modern names. Every street has a past.
Therefore, the study of historical street names pursues several goals: the names of streets are valuable monuments of the spiritual culture of mankind and the study of their historical names will contribute to the formation of national consciousness of the population; the training of city guides who
introduce tourists to the history of cities; the analysis of geocultural images of cultural landscape in
a particular city. The name of the streets reflects the life of generations, the breath of past years is felt,
therefore, historical street names can be decorated into a tourist product that can arouse the interest
of contemporaries.

PROJECT OF ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MINING MUSEUM «PETROVSKIE KAMENOLOMNI»

A comprehensive museum of mining with a military-historical element «Petrovsky Quarries» is planned to be located on the territory of the Leninsky district of the Republic of Crimea. The complex will be located within limestone workings that are currently abandoned. The quarries are located 280 meters from the Tavrida highway. The distance to the planned railway station in the village of Lenino is 15 km. Now the historical and cultural object and its territory have no concept of tourist and recreational use.Because of this, the development of tourism, the state of the landscape, the ecological situation and many other characteristics do not correspond to the high potential of the unique object of the historical heritage of
the Republic of Crimea and the modern understanding of the correctness of the formulation of tourist services and tasks of nature protection and historical memory. The creation of an excursion route will allow tourists to get in touch with the history of the Crimean dungeons and the Kerch Peninsula, including from
a new side. The aim of the project is to create a concept of tourist and recreational use of the historical heritage site of the Republic of Crimea “Petrovsky quarries”. The created new tourist facility will increase the status of the district as a tourist and resort region of the Kerch Peninsula. Types of tourism that will allow you to develop a new excursion object: educational, sanatorium-resort, nature-oriented, active. ORGANIZATION OF ECOLOGICAL TOURISM IN MODERN CONDITIONS

It should be noted that in the world, despite the pandemic situation, environmental tourism in all its mod-
els, directions and forms continues to demonstrate, using the economic term, growth. The tourism industry,
even in a recession, responds primarily to the updated socio-cultural needs of people — such as maintain-
ing a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle and responsible attitude to the consumption of various
kinds of resources. The importance of the intensive development of ecological tourism is also recognized in
Russia, which is currently in a period of intensification of the development of the tourism and hospitality
sector: significant additions and amendments were made to the Federal Laws «On the Basics of Tourism in
the Russian Federation», «On Specially Protected Natural Territories» and a number of other regulatory and

There are also athletes and people interested in this type of extreme tourism. Nevertheless, there is not a single kite center in the Perm Territory. The article examines the history of the development of kiting, the possibilities of training and the level of its development in the Perm Territory, where snowkiting is more developed in winter, on frozen reservoirs and vast snow fields. The experience of other regions in the development of kiting is being studied. Taking into account the opinion of experts, the need to create an infrastructure for this activity is substantiated, the most suitable site is selected for creating a kite center in the Perm Territory, located in the village of Visim, Dobryansky District, on the shore of the Kama reservoir.
